Island Beach State Park Mobile Sport Fishing Permit 2024 Schrikkeljaar. You can drive a 4 wheel drive vehicle on the beach, with a valid permit, to gain access to areas of the park where you are allowed to surf fish. Mobile sport fishing vehicle (msfv) permits are issued for access to the beach for the sole purpose of fishing.
